ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We have created a fast and efficient system for order processing and shipping. All orders received before 4PM ET Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day (based on timely credit card verification). All orders received after 4PM ET will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
UPS® is our carrier in the USA.
We do not ship to international destinations.
There are 4 shipping options available at check out:
- UPS Ground® (up to 6 business days)
- UPS 3-Day Select® (3 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver® (1 business day)
UPS Saturday delivery is not available.
Transit times are business days Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Additional shipping details:
- We ship only to destinations within the lower 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii
- We do not ship to APO, FPO, PSC and PO Boxes
- We do not ship to International destinations, Hotels or Trade Shows/Conventions
Once your package has been shipped, our system will update with the UPS® tracking number.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Failed deliver attempts: UPS® will make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $100 of merchandise and packages delivered to apartments will always require a signature. If no one is present to accept the delivery, after three attempts the package will be returned back to us. Within 10 business days of receiving the package back, we will issues a credit to your original form of payment less original shipping charges, UPS® return fee and 10% restocking fee.
Refused delivery: If a delivery has been refused by the recipient, UPS® will return the package back to us. Within 10 business days of receiving the package, we will issues a credit to your original form of payment less original shipping charges, UPS® return fee and 10% restocking fee.
Incorrect shipping address: If you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, UPS® will try to make the necessary corrections and reschedule the delivery. UPS® will charge us a correction fee of $5 to $10. That fee will be passed on to you and will be charged to your credit card. A copy of the UPS® bill showing the correction charge will be mailed to you via First Class mail. If UPS® is unable to make the necessary corrections to the address, the package will be returned back to us. Within 10 business days of receiving the package back, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment less original shipping charges, UPS® return fee and 10% restocking fee.
RETURNS
Only orders placed within 30 days from today's date can be returned for a refund or exchange. Only unopened products can be returned.
Shipping charges are non refundable and a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
